From the start, they were vague about the actual costs and left out key details about how much I would need to pay to fix the problem. After leaving my car overnight, they called me the next day, suddenly claiming that the damage was much worse than originally stated. They quoted me $2,500 to fix the issue, without ever clearly explaining why the cost had increased so much.Sensing something was off, I went for a second opinion and was quoted just $800 for the exact same repairs. ASL High Performance AutoWorks had clearly lied and omitted facts to try and overcharge me. Their dishonesty and lack of transparency were shocking, and I felt they were just hoping I wouldn’t question their inflated quote.If you want honest mechanics who are upfront about costs, do not trust ASL High Performance AutoWorks. Just gotta take the time to give a big shout out to Sai and the team at ASL High Performance. Their attention to detail and customer service is phenomenal. Really went above and beyond on my Red BMW 330 sport. They found some issues that other people couldn’t and really showed a lot of care while working on my car. Plus Sai stayed back 2hrs for me to finish work as pick up my car as I needed it urgently the next day. I am one satisfied customer and will be back again if anyone I know asks me a good place to go, i will always recommend ASL High Performance.

Living in Greenvale, I required a RWC in order to sell a car and decided to go to ASL High Performance Autoworks.I was extremely impressed by Sai who completed the initial check and provided us with a detailed account of what was required. He had detailed photos showing exactly what was required and he promptly booked the vehicle in for the works to be done. His quote proved to be accurate and the work was completed on time and in a highly professional ma. Again, photos showed the works undertaken.I have never seen a cleaner, well-organised reception area or workshop.I couldn’t recommend this business more highly. Very impressive!

Sai and his team did a truly professional job fixing an engine oil leak and coolant leak on my Audi A4 B8.5. It was quite an extensive job and Sai kept me updated all the way through with clear comms and regular progress on the job. On the day of delivery, I was taken through all the details of the work done, including photos and explanation of why it was important to replace parts XYZ. The car had also been given a courtesy wash and was fresh and clean when I picked it up. Thank you ASL team!

I had an ongoing problem with my 2010 Subaru Liberty. The check engine and traction control warning lights were constantly on and the cruise control indicator was flashing. I could still drive the car but the traction control and the cruise functions were disabled.I took the car to a Subaru specialist mechanic who tried diagnosing to find the fault, but had no success.I discovered ASL High Performance through a Google search and based on the excellent Google reviews i decided to book my car in. Sai spent a couple of hours going over the engine and eventually found a faulty wiring connection due to a damaged connector plug and Sai was able to repair it.It’s been a month since the fix and the warning lights have not come on since.Sai is an absolute gun, he was determined to find the fault with my car and I am very grateful that he did.The reception and workshop are very impressive, well organised and super clean. I had a great overall experience with ASL High Performance so I will be returning with all the family cars for servicing etc.

Had Sai and the ASL team replace 4 tyres and a spare tyre valve, same day quick and efficient very affordable. The team at ASL High Performance are really good at what they do.

Thanks alot for fixing the clutch in my car. Highly recommended because of great customer service and making sure my car got the specific clutch it needed and he explained why I needed to go that extra step to suit my requirements. Top service and highly recommended, living in Gowanbrae and working in Tullamarine, it is ideally located,I needed a RWC as i had sold my car, first place i rang had a 2 week wait.Rang Sai who could fit me in the next day, his work is first class, i am in the trade and know a good operator when i see one, not only in workmanship but also in customer service.Being in the trade many people ask me where to take their cars, and i say anywhere, if you are not happy go somewhere else, now i will be sending them to ASL High Performance.

I don't normally leave reviews on google but in the last week dealing with sai and his wife I was given royal treatment. I was going to a master tech for over 10 years and my vechle was leaking oil and not running correctly. Sai is that professional and knowledgeable he definitely knows what his doing I'm fussy as the car runs like a dream.He put me in a brand new loan car coffee and invited to the service bay next day and shown all dodgy work done by previous mechanic including photos 📸 his high level of work trust and craftsmanship is hard to find 👏 waling into his shop u will find over 25 certificates 3 of being a mastertech I'm over the moon and definitely my go to mechanic from now on
